Women's Studies Interest Group 2006 Fall Program Evelyn Cherpak, Naval War College The Women's Studies Interest Group is planning a program on Friday, December 1 at the John Hay Library, 20 Prospect Street, Brown University, Providence, RI. The staff of the Women Writers Project at Brown will discuss the work of the project, current issues and their scholarly impact, publishing an electronic textbase, text encoding and future directions and projects. The program will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m.The University will provide lunch. Check the WSIG web site for details on directions and parking. The meeting should be an interesting one as librarians and curators today seek to bring women's sources online to a wider scholarly community. |
