Diane d'Almeida awarded Fulbright Scholarship

Diane d’Almeida, Modern Languages and Literatures Bibliographer at Boston University's Mugar Library, has been selected as a Fulbright Senior Specialist and has recently begun a six week stint at the Mohammed VI Library at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco. D’Almeida’s duties will include providing collection development expertise, auditing the library's user services department, upgrading library staff skills in the use of electronic databases, developing and administering a survey on library patron needs and satisfaction, and developing a library outreach program directed at faculty and students.

D’Almeida’s scholarship opportunity will also include her giving a few lectures in a number of other public universities in Morocco. Many congratulations to Diane!
