ACRL New England Provides New Online Services

ACRL New England Chapter has been investing efforts in updating communications tools.

We now have a new mailing list address at acrlnec.news@acrlnec.org and a new, independent website. Our URL for our website is still http://www.acrlnec.org/ , but behind this scenes, we now have the ability for multiple board members in diverse locations to be able to update the website.

Of special interest is our new Calendar,  http://www.acrlnec.org/calendar/month.php which allows many library organizations to have materials posted centrally on the ACRL New England calendar of events, bringing many visitors to our website. The calendar is currently being populated with new events. It allows ACRL New England to be a “webcentral” where many groups can both post materials, and see the activities of our chapter.
