The chapter's officers for 2002-2003 are: President, Helena Rodrigues (Johnson & Wales University); Vice President and President-Elect, Linda Collins (Harvard University); Secretary, Florence Doksansky (Brown University); Treasurer, Marilyn Steinberg (Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences); and Members-at-Large, Mary C. MacDonald (University of Rhode Island) and Julie Linden (Yale University).

ACRL/NEC welcomes Christine Turner as the newly appointed editor for News Online. Christine is the Digital Services and Instruction Librarian at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She brings to this role extensive editorial experience from previous positions at Lesley University and as Project Manager for MassBedrock.
