Constitution & Bylaws Committee
Annual Report

The Committee did not consider any proposals to amend the Constitution & Bylaws this year.

The Chapter Manual was updated to reflect, among other things, (a) addition of the Report of Money Receipts form, (b) revisions in Auditor and Legislative Network Representative responsibilities, (c) an increase from $400 to $750 in chapter support allocated to SIGs for programming, and (d) updates to meeting history, the list of elected officers, and chapter publications.

Cross-reference schedules were prepared to map provisions from ACRL National?s Bylaws and its Guide to Policies & Procedures to relevant sections of the Chapter?s Constitution & Bylaws and Chapter Manual. This will help the Committee more easily monitor chapter documents when changes are made at the national level.
