Meetings:
ASIG held one meeting and is planning a second for May 17, 2002. As this is the first year for ASIG we were very pleased to have had a successful program in June of 2001on Student Hiring and Training in College Libraries. That program was attended by about 75 people.

Our second program will be a workshop on Copyright Law with Arlene Bielefield, MLS, JD and will be held May 17, 2002 at Holy Cross College. Thanks in advance to Holy Cross and Eileen Cravedi.

Our membership currently stands at about 45.

The chairs would like to thank ASIG Program Committee members for assistance in planning two successful meetings.

New officers for 2002-2003 have been selected. Leslie Becker of Curry College will chair.
