The New England Library Instruction Group (NELIG) is a regional professional organization under the ACRL - NEC banner dedicated to supporting and connecting library professionals who work in instructional roles across New England. NELIG fosters collaboration among its members by providing opportunities for networking, professional development, and the exchange of innovative teaching practices within library settings. The organization advocates for the advancement of information literacy instruction–broadly defined–and works to elevate the professional interests of those engaged in library instruction. Through workshops, conferences, and community engagement, NELIG serves as a vital resource for librarians committed to enhancing learning experiences in academic and library environments.
